摘要 该文指出了目前船厂尚在使用的船体外板的成形样板和样箱所存在的问题,并对其革新方案的选择进行了分析,确定了数控样条采用类似活络样条对样的接触式检测方案,应用数字控制自动调节替代人工调节。在此基础上,陈述了数控样条系统的组成,并通过实验分析其成型精度。数控样条替代目前船厂所用的三角样板和活络样板,省去了传统样板制作的生产环节,由此降低了造船成本和资源消耗,避免了传统样板制作、存放和废弃对环境的污染。船厂推广这种数字化数控样条检测设备,必将为船厂带来可观的经济效益和社会效益。 In this paper, problems with formation checking template for ship hull plate at shipyard and related innovative solutions are analyzed. Contact detection scheme is adopted, which is similar to adjustable formation checking template and provides the function of automatic adjustment with digital control instead of manual adjustment. Composing of NC formation checking template is stated and the formation accuracy is analyzed. As triangular templates and adjustable formation checking templates are replaced by NC formation checking templates, the production of traditional templates is left out. Thus, cost of production and resource consumption are reduced, pollution due to storage and disposal of traditional templates are avoided. Once the digital green shipbuilding equipment is promoted, considerable economic and social benefits will be brought to shipyards.
