摘要
随着工业化、城镇化、人口老龄化和生活方式的变化,慢性生活方式疾病已经成为我国人民健康的最大威胁。"十二五"期间是我国全面建设小康社会的关键时期,为更好地发挥体育在国民健康促进中的作用,满足百姓日益增长的健身和健康需求,需要建立长效化全民健身服务体系。借鉴英国体育发展的特点,围绕国民健康和社会需求,对加强长效化全民健身服务体系建设的必要性和可行性、建设的重点领域等问题进行了思考。
With industrialization, urbanization, ageing of population and change of life style, the slow life's illness becomes the greatest threat of our nation's people. The twelfth five-year plan is a very critical period in building a well-off society in an all- round way. In order to meet people's increasing needs of health and body-building, this paper suggests constructing a lasting and effective national fitness service system. Based on the analysis of sport in U. K. , this paper thinks deeply about the necessity and feasibility and key areas in building a nationwide fitness service system.
