摘要
适应目前学分制改革的要求,构建学分制下的柔性化人才培养模式,实现培养目标多样化、课程体系柔性化、教学方式个性化、实践形式差异化、评价体系多元化。同时,提出了实施中的一些关键问题。研究对于推动学分制下人才培养模式全面有效的改革具有一定的理论与实践意义。
The flexible personnel training mode based on credit system was designed to adapt to the requirements of the credit system reform. The diversified training objectives, flexible curriculum system, personalized teaching methods, differentiated practice forms and comprehensive evaluation system were realized. Meanwhile, some key issues in the implementation of the flexible training mode were proposed. The research has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of comprehensive and effective reform of personnel training mode based on the credit system.
