摘要
肿瘤热疗,即应用热能治疗肿瘤的一种方法,是继手术、放疗、化疗、生物等疗法之外的又一种重要的肿瘤治疗方法。本文概述了热疗的基本概念,介绍了热疗对肿瘤细胞的直接杀伤、影响肿瘤侵袭转移、提高机体免疫力以及协同放、化疗作用等的机制,其中重点介绍了肿瘤侵袭性转移,同时也概述了肿瘤热疗的分子生物学机制,其中包括热休克蛋白(HSPs)和信号通路转导等,并提出了自己对肿瘤热疗的看法及其进一步发展前景。
Tumor hyperthermia,which is the application of heat energy of the tumor,is following the operation,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,biological treatment is an important therapy for tumors.This article provides an overview of the basic concepts of hyperthermia,introduction of hyperthermia on tumor cell killing effect,tumor invasion and metastasis,enhance immunity and collaborative radiotherapy and chemotherapy,action mechanism,which focuses on the invasion and metastasis of tumor hyperthermia,and introduces the mechanism of molecular biology,including heat shock protein(HSPs) and signaling transduction,and put forward its own views on tumor hyperthermia and its further development.
