摘要
在严峻的就业形势和沉重的就业压力下,地方理工院校女大学生因自身层面、社会层面、政府层面、学校层面的原因,容易产生焦虑、依赖、怯懦、盲从等心理,她们对双向选择、自主择业的就业模式不适应,从而产生就业心理障碍。为此,要鼓励这些女大学生转变就业观念,提高自身就业竞争力和抗挫折能力,社会、政府要为她们创造适宜的环境和条件,高校也要加强职业生涯规划教育,引导地方高校的女大学生顺利就业。
Under the severe situation and pressure of employment, female students in local colleges and universifies of science and technology form anxiety, dependence, cowardice, and blind obedience mentality from the aspects of society, government, university and themselves. The mental maladjustment of employment takes place under the two - way choice and self - determination for employment. Therefore, these female students should be encouraged to change the employment concept, improve their competence in facing fierce competition and frustration. The society and government also should create favorable environment and conditions for them, and the universities should enhance their career planning education to help them be employed smoothly.
