大鼠促甲状腺素细胞在重型急性胰腺炎时功能及超微结构的变化 被引量:2

Uitrastructural and functional changes of thyrotroph cells in rats with severe acute pancreatitis

摘要 目的观察重症急件胰腺炎(SAP)时大鼠腺垂体促甲状腺素细胞超微结构和功能的变化.方法将雄性Wistar火鼠40只随机分为5组:假手术组(SO组)及SAP1、3、6、12h组.胆胰管逆仃注射5%牛磺胆酸钠制备SAP模型。测定血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶酶、总三碘甲腺原氨酸(113)、总甲状腺素(T4)、游离T3(FT3)、游离T4(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)水平。光镜观察胰腺及垂体病理改变,电镜观察促甲状腺素细胞超做结构改变。结果SAP组B(0.46±0.09)nmol/L、FT3(0.93±0.07)nmol/l。及TSH(0.063±0.012)nmol/L水平均较SO组[分别为(0.98±0.11)、(2.42±0.35)、(0.063±0.012)nmol/I.]明显下降(P〈0.05)。T4及FF4水平无明显变化。光镜下可见垂体组织损伤.电镜下见促甲状腺素细胞各细胞器出现结构破坏,分泌颗粒减少。 Objective To investigate ultrastructural and functional changes of the thyrotroph cells in rat severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) model. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operatinn group (SO group,n =8), SAP 1, 3, 6, and 12 h groups (n =8 each). SAP model was induced by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into the biliopancreatie duct. Serum levels of amylase, ]ipase, thyroxine ( T4 ), triiodothyronine ( T3 ), free T3 ( FT3 ), free T4 ( TF4 ) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were measured. Pancreas and pituitary tissues were taken for pathological examination under a light microscope. Thyrotroph (:ells were observed under the electronic microscopy.
