摘要
设计了基于TwinCAT的液压机实时监测系统,以提高大型液压机现场调试工作效率。该监测系统利用TwinCAT软件具有集控制、编程和可视化为一体的特点,以具有EtherCAT总线接口功能网卡的PC作为系统主站,总线I/O端子模块作为系统从站,并编制PLC程序,实现了对液压机系统主要状态变量的实时监控及可视化。现场应用表明,该监测系统实时传输速度快,精度高,运行稳定。
The real-time monitoring system for hydraulic press was designd in order to improve debugging work efficiency on field of hydraulic press. The real-time monitoring and visualization of main state variables of hydraulic press have realized based on TwinCAT software system that integrate control, programming and visualization, and using PC with network adapters with Ether- CAT bus interface function as system master station,bus 1/O terminal modules as system slave station,and programming PLC pro- gram. Field application shows that the monitoring system has high real-time transmission rate and precision, and stable operation.
