浙江省中小学校校医与保健教师配置现状分析 被引量:35

摘要 目的了解浙江省中小学校校医与保健教师配置现况,为有效改进当前学校卫生工作提供参考。方法采用流行病学现场调查方法,选择浙江省11个地市99个县区内的5 541所中小学校为对象,用统一问卷收集学校及校医配置数据。结果调查的5 541所学校中,专职校医与保健教师配置率为75.28%,配置比为1 052.21∶1;专职校医配置率为23.26%,配置比为3 054.31∶1。根据《学校卫生工作条例》规定,总达标比例为25.30%,其中学生数<600名的学校总达标比例为61.71%,学生数≥600名的学校达标比例为1.72%。专职校医配置情况较好的分别为城区、十二年制、私立学校。结论浙江省中小学校的校医配置现况不容乐观。应增加专职校医人员投入,改善校医队伍建设。 Objective To know the status of school doctors and health teachers equipped in elementary and middle school in Zhejiang province, and to explore the possible issues and influencing factors. Methods Schools were collected from all the 99 counties or districts in Zhejiang province. The general situations of schools and school doctors were investigated by questionnaire. Results In all 5 541 schools, 75.28% had equipped with school doctors or health teachers. The ratio of the students to the school doctors{ including health teachers) was 1 052.21: 1. If excluded the health teachers, the rate was 23.26% , and the ratio was 3 054.31:1 respectively. According to the regulation of school health, the rate up to the standard was 25.50%. Dividing the schools into two groups by the student number, the rate up to the standard in the group with student number less than 600 was 61. 71% , while the rate in the group with student number equal to or more than 600 was 1.72%. The status of school doctors equipped better in twelve years schools, private schools and schools in cities. Conclusion The status of school doctors and health teachers equipped in elementary and middle school in Zhejiang province is worth worrying about, especially the school doctors. More efforts should be made to equip sufficient school doctors and improve the capacity of them.
