妊娠期低甲状腺素血症的诊治进展 被引量：2

摘要 甲状腺激素（TH）是人体生长发育中非常重要的内分泌激素，其可以促进钙磷代谢、骨骼生长，促进新陈代谢和生长发育，提高神经系统的兴奋性，尤其对神经系统的发育及功能影响非常大。已有大量文献证明妊娠期间TH水平的降低会对母婴造成严重后果，妊娠期贫血、妊娠期高血压疾病、流产、早产、死胎、胎盘剥离、产后出血、低体重儿、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征等并发症与胸苷酸合成酶（TS）降低密切相关。
