摘要
提出了一种采用自然水(含海水和淡水)作为液压介质进行工作的径向低速大转矩马达。研究了不同类型运动规律下的定子曲线相对应的马达输出转矩及其脉动、输出转速及其脉动、接触应力等特性,并对相关特性进行了详细的分析。分析结果表明,具有过渡区的等加速运动规律下的定子曲线,其相应的马达输出转矩和转速变化较为均匀,转矩脉动和最大接触应力相对都比较小。其余几种运动规律下的定子曲线相对应的水压马达在各方面的综合特性上则相对要差一些。通过对水压马达定子曲线特性的分析,得到了马达输出转矩、转速、脉动率和接触应力的一些重要结论,对径向低速大转矩海淡水液压马达的设计和研发具有重要意义。
A type of low speed and high torque hydraulic motor with radial is presented, seawater and fresh water as the hydrau-lic medium. Study on motor output torque, torque ripple, rotational speed, rotation speed fluctuation, contact stress of the motion law of different types of stator curve. These related characteristics were analyzed in detail. The results show that the motor output torque, rotational speed are stable and the torque ripple, the maximum contact stress of the law of transition region equal-acceleration motion of stator curve are relatively small. The rest of the motion law of stator curve of corresponding hydraulic motor in all respects of the comprehensive properties is relative to lower. Through analyzing characteristics of the stator curve of water hydraulic motor, some significaot conclusions of the motor output torque, rotational speed, fluctuation rate and contact stress are drawn, which are useful for the design and research of low speed high torque sea and fresh water hydraulic motor with radial piston.
