摘要
目的评价结直肠癌患者中核苷酸切除修复交叉互补酶1(ERCC1)蛋白的表达与患者预后的相关性进行meta分析。方法采用计算机检索,检索范围包括全文数据库(CNKI),万方数据库,PubMed、Embase和ASCO数据库。收集比较不同核苷酸切除修复交叉互补酶1蛋白表达水平的结直肠癌患者预后相关的文章,采用revman软件,对文献进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入5项研究,对纳入的文献进行异质性检验显示P=0.14,异质性不大,ERCC1蛋白阴性表达的患者的死亡率低于ERCC1阳性的患者,合并相对危险比RR=0.56;95%可信区间0.37～0.86。结论结直肠癌中ERCC1蛋白阴性的患者预后较ERCC1阳性者好。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between ERCClprotein expression and its prognostic implication in colorectal caner patients. Methods All the data dealing with the relationship between ER- CClexpression and the prognosis of colorectal cancer was researched from PubMed,Embase, ASCO, CNKI and WANFANG. Database. Meta-analysis was conducted by the Stata software. Results We finally identi- fied 5 studies. The test for heterogeneity showed that all eligible studies were with no clear heterogeneity （ P =0.08）. The relative risk （RR） was 0. 765, with 95% confidence interval of 0. 62~0.95. Conclusion Compared to patients with negative ERCC1 protein expression, the patient with positive ERCC1 protein expression in colorectal cancer showed poor prognosis.
