摘要
矿井通风机是通风系统的主要设备之一,对通风机进行全面监测,确保通风机良好的运行对煤矿安全生产具有至关重要的作用。结合PLC技术、MCGS组态监测技术,设计了一套智能的通风机监测系统,包括监控软件设计和上位机设计,能实时监测并读取通风机电压、电流及温度等相关运行参数,当参数发生异常时,能实时报警,从而实时掌握风机运行状况,保证煤矿的安全生产。
The mine ventilator is one of the main equipments of ventilation system. To monitor the ventilator comprehensively and ensure the ventilator in good condition play the important role in the safe production of collieries. In the paper, an intelligent monitoring system for mine ventilator was designed by using PLC technology and MCGS configuration monitoring technology, including the monitoring software and master computer. The system realtime monitored voltage, current, temperature and other operating parameters of the ventilator, and alarmed when abnormal parameters appeared, thus the running condition of the ventilator was acquainted online and the safe production in collieries was ensured.
