摘要
设计了自动排绳装置,以解决井下调度绞车因钢丝绳缠绕不均匀而易引发事故的问题。通过在绞车卷筒处安装速度传感器,并将其旋转信号输入PLC中以控制步进电动机转速,从而控制丝杠旋转,使滑块相应做直线运动,实现自动排绳。
An automatic rope-arranging device was designed to avoid the accidents due to uneven winding of the wire rope onto the dispatching winch. After mounting the speed sensor on the winch drum, its rotary signals transmitted into PLC to control the rotary speed of the stepping motor so as to control the rotation of the lead screw, thus the sliding block moved correspondingly in line so as to realize automatic rope arrangement.
