摘要 目的:探讨胎盘生长因子(PIGF)在不同程度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的水平及意义。方法:本研究应用双抗体夹心法(ELISA)测定PIGF在轻、中、重度COPD患者和健康志愿者(对照组)血清的水平,分析PIGF与1s用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、肺动脉收缩压(PASP)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)的相关性。结果:COPD各组PIGF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);COPD中度组PIGF水平较轻度组升高(P<0.01);COPD重度组PIGF水平较COPD轻度组和中度组升高(P<0.01);COPD组患者血清PIGF水平与FEV1%呈负相关(r=-0.879,-0.664,均P<0.01),与PASP呈正相关(r=0.85,P<0.01)。结论:PIGF可能在COPD发病机制中起作用。 Objective To investigate the levels and its significances of placenta growth factor (PIGF) in patients with different degree of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The serum levels of PIGF in patients with COPD (mild, moderate, and serious COPD group) and normal controls were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The correlations of serum level of PIGF with pulmonary arterial systolic pressure (PASP), forced expiratory volume in one second to predicted value ratio (FEVI%), and arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) were evaluated. Results The serum levels of PIGF in the three COPD groups were significantly higher than that in controls (P 〈 0.01 ). The level of P1GF in moderate COPD group was significantly higher than that in mild COPD group (P 〈 0.01 ), and that in serious COPD group was significantly higher than those in mild and moderate COPD groups (P 〈 0.01 ). The level of PIGF in COPD patients was negatively correlated with FEV1% and PaO2 (r = -0.879, -0.664, P 〈 0.01), and was positively correlated with PASP (r = 0.85, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion PIGF may be involved in the pathogenesis of COPD.
