摘要
学生对教师的教学质量进行评价,是保证教学质量的一个重要环节,也是学校整个教学评估体系的重要组成部分。本文通过对某高职院校的学生和教师发放问卷,调查分析了师生对评教意义的认识、对评教的客观性及影响因素的看法、对评教组织的意见及对评教相关配套措施的想法等基本问题,并针对性地提出了改进建议。
Students’evaluation of teaching quality,which is an important part to ensure teaching quality,is also a prominent component of teaching evaluation system.This paper first analyzes the significance,objectiveness and influencing factors of evaluation of teaching,then comments on evaluation of teaching and its relevant measures by granting questionnaire forms and conducting the survey of teachers and students in a vocational college,and lastly puts forward suggestions for improvement.
