摘要
低碳微合金化铸钢材料的特点是常温和高温强度高,常温和低温韧性好;焊接性优良;成本低;应用潜力大。文中论述了微合金化元素影响钢强韧性的机理、合金元素选择、热处理制度和工艺参数对钢的组织和性能的影响,开发应用现状及前景。
A new type of low carbon micioalloyed cast steels is characterized by high tensile strength at room and elevated temperature, good toughness at room and low temperature, excellent weldability, low production cost and a wide range of potential applications. In this paper, malleableized mechanism caused by microalloying elements, the choice ofalloying elements, the-effects of heat treatment and its technological parameters on the structure and properties of steels, etc, are briefly presented. The present situation of applications and development prospect of this material is discussed as well.
