摘要
学术期刊在求真的理性追求之外,需要将德性维度的人文关怀贯穿于编辑出版活动的全过程,以激发多方参与主体的主动性、积极性、创造性,促成个人自由全面发展和学术期刊可持续发展的多赢。实现学术期刊的人文关怀要以人为本,坚持作者、编者、读者等相关群体在不同办刊活动中的主体地位,从主体意识、主体能力、主体品格着手强化主体性塑造,从编撰互动、编读互动、撰读互动方面优化主体间性建构,进而以互动方法、技术支持、过程环节、团队管理、形式设计的人性化为保障实现主体关系的人性化整合与升华。
Besides the rational pursuit of truths, the humane care should recur through the editing and pubprocess of the academic journal so as to stimulate various participants＇ initiative, enthusiasm and creativity and to boost the realization of ＂all-wins＂, i.e. an all-round development of individuals and a sustainable development of academic journals. The academic journal should be people-oriented for the attainment of humane care and should care for the subject status of such related groups as authors, editors and readers, in different journal activities. Moreover, pains should be taken to strengthen the subjectivity molding in terms of the subject consciousness, subject ability and subject character, to optimize the subject intersexuality construction through the interaction between compilation and composition, between compilation and readers, and between composition and readers, so as to eventually realize the humane integration and sublimation among subjects through the humanization of interactive methods, technical support, process, team management and form design.
