摘要
对于某些流域内专业数据的生产与管理部门难以获得流域内其他专题数据(如流域地理数据、其他水利专题数据等)导致无法构建以地图服务为基础的流域应用系统的问题,通过对Google Earth API及其坐标系统的分析,采用Flex技术和Google Earth平台构建了一个简易的数字流域地图服务平台,为社会用户共享Google公司的地理数据提供了方便、极大地增强了Web应用程序的互动性和交互能力。将该数字流域地图服务平台应用于太湖流域水情地图发布平台的设计与实现中,验证了该平台的可行性。
It is difficult for some department of professional data production and management to acquire other thematic data within the basin such as geographical data, water resources thematic data and so on. As a result, it can not build the application system based the map service. Based on the analysis of Google Earth API and its coordinate system, Flex technology and Google Earth platform are used to establish a simple digital basin map service web platform, which provides convenience for the consumers of society to share the Google Geo-Information and enhanced the interactivity of Web application greatly. The platform is applied to design and implement of the hydrological map issuing platform of Taihu Basin. Finally, the feasibility of the platform is verified.
