摘要 目的建立呋麻滴鼻液的质量标准。方法用高效液相色谱法对呋麻滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱和呋喃西林进行鉴别和含量测定,采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱,以0.1 mol·L-1醋酸铵(用冰醋酸调节pH3.0)-乙腈(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为室温。结果高效液相色谱法检测出盐酸麻黄碱和呋喃西林。盐酸麻黄碱在156.25~1 250.00μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为97.21%(n=5),RSD为0.9%;呋喃西林在3.12~25.00μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8;平均回收率为97.21%(n=5),RSD为1.0%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确并且专属性强。 Objective To establish the quality standard for Fuma Nasal Drops. Methods Ephedrine hydrochloride and fu- racilin in Fuma Nasal Drops were identified and determined by HPLC. Phenomenex C18 column was adopted with 0.1 mol · L-1 ammonium acetate solution ( glacial acetic acid regulation of pH 3.0 ) - acetonitrile ( 85 : 15 ) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was room temperature. Results Ephedrine hydrochloride and furacilin were detected by HPLC. The linear range of ephedrine hydroehloride was 156.25 - 1 250.00 μg · mL - 1 ( r = 0. 999 8 ) , the average re- covery was 97.21% ( n = 5 ) with RSD of 0.9%. The linear range of furacilin was 3.12 - 25.00 μg · mL-1 ( r = 0.999 8 ) , the average recovery was 97.21% ( n = 5 ) with RSD of 1.0%. Conclusion This method was simple, quick, accurate and specificity.
