摘要
以拟南芥T-DNA插入突变体AT3G02790和AT5G16470为亲本,通过人工杂交技术获得杂合体后,结合基因分离定律和PCR技术筛选出拟南芥纯合双突变株,并对拟南芥纯合突变体的表型进行了初步分析,结果显示:突变体与野生型植株表型无明显差异,推测该基因为功能未知的新基因。
In this research, zinc finger gene mutants were crossed with T-DNA insertion in AT3G02790 and ATSG16470 to pro- duce A13GO2790/ATSG16470 double-mutant. PCR technique and law of gene segregation were used to identify homozygous double-mutant. In addition, the phenotype of the homozygous double-mutant was analyzed. Results showed a similar growth performance with wild-type plants. It is specttlated that AT3G02790 and AT5G16470 are genes with unknown function.
