摘要
职业价值观是影响学生职业选择的心理核心因素,高职院校贫困生作为一个特殊群体,其职业价值观问题表现得尤为突出。该文深入剖析了高职院校贫困生在就业过程中呈现出的职业价值观特点,并对如何引导其树立正确的职业价值观提出专门性的教育对策。
Vocational values are core psychological factor to influence students＇ occupational choices.As a special group,poor college students in vocational colleges show a prominent problem in occupational values.This aper deeply explores the characteristics of vocational values when poor college students hunt for jobs and proposes professional strategies to help them set up correct vocational values.
