摘要
目的比较胰岛素泵与胰岛素静脉滴注治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床疗效。方法随机将我科121例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者分为胰岛素泵治疗组(胰岛素泵组)和胰岛素静脉滴注治疗组(静脉滴注组),对比分析两组患者血糖达标时间、血酮转阴时间、尿酮转阴时间、胰岛素总用量和低血糖发生率。结果胰岛素泵组在血糖达标、血酮转阴和尿酮转阴时间,胰岛素总用量方面明显优于静脉滴注组(P<0.01);低血糖发生率低于静脉滴注组(P<0.05)结论胰岛素泵持续皮下注入胰岛素治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒具有血糖达标时间、血酮转阴时间以及尿酮转阴时间短,胰岛素总用量小、低血糖发生率低、安全可靠、稳定有效等优点,值得临床继续研究和推广使用。
Objective To compare insulin pumps and insulin of the clinical efficacy of the intravenous treatment of diabet ic ketoaeidosis. Methods A total of 121 cases of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis department were divided into insulin pump therapy group (insulin pump) and insulin intravenous infusion in the treatment group (intravenous group), compared the standard time of two sets of blood glucose and blood ketone clearance time, the ketone clearance time, the total insulin dosage and the incidence of hypoglycemia. Results Insulin pump blood glucose control, blood ketone negative and ketone clearance time, the total amount of insulin was obviously superior to intravenous infusion group (P 〈 0.01); the incidence of hy poglycemia was lower than the intravenous group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The insulin pump continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis with blood glucose control time, the clearance time of blood ketone and ketone clearance time is short, the total volume of insulin, low blood sugar is low, safe, reliable, stable and efficient, etc., worthy to continue to study and promote the use.
