淫羊藿总黄酮对去势大鼠钙、磷代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨淫羊藿总黄酮对去势大鼠钙、磷代谢的影响。方法:将60只10月龄SPF级雌性SD大鼠按照体质量以随机数字表法分为正常对照组、模型对照组、淫羊藿总黄酮低、中、高剂量组和β-雌二醇组6组,除正常对照组外,其余各组均行双侧卵巢切除术,术后一周给予淫羊藿总黄酮高、中、低剂量和雌二醇进行干预,观察各组雌二醇水平与子宫系数、全身及不同骨密度、血清生化指标的变化情况。结果:模型对照组较其余各组尿钙/肌酐、尿磷/肌酐显著上升(P<0.01),各组间血钙、磷差异无统计学意义。结论:大鼠去势后尿钙/肌酐、尿磷/肌酐显著上升,淫羊藿总黄酮可抑制去势大鼠钙、磷的丢失。 Objective: To explore the influence of total flavonoids from YinYangHuo(Epimedium davidii Franch) on calcium and phosphorus metabolism of emasculate rat. Method: Sixty rats were divided into six groups with the method of random number table: normal control group, model control group, low, middle and high dose groups of total flavonoids from YinYangHuo andfl-estradiol group. Except normal control group, the rats in other groups were admin- istered with bilateral oophorectomy and intervened with low, middle and high dose of total flavonoids from YinYangHuoo and estradiol. Changes of serum biochemistry indexes, bone density of whole body and parts, uterine ra- tio and estradiol levels were observed. Result: Urinary calcium/creatinine, urinary phosphorus/creatinine in model con- trol group increased significantly than other groups (P〈0.01), comparisons of other groups showed no statistical mean- ing in blood calcium and phosphorus. Conclusion: Urinary calcium/creatinine, urinary phosphorus/creatinine of emas- culate rats could rise remarkably and total flavonoids from YinYangHuo can inhibit the loss of calcium and phosphorus in emasculate rat.
