摘要
研究了不同冷变形程度,退火温度对5182铝合金板材的组织、力学性能和腐蚀性能的影响,确定了5182合金H32状态板材的生产工艺参数,即冷变形程度25%,稳定化退火温度120℃,保温时间2h。在工业生产条件下,其产品的技术指标达到了用户要求。
The effect of different cold deformation extents and annealing temperatures on the structure, mechanical properties and corrosion properties of 5182 aluminium sheets has been investigated. The process parameters of 5182 H32 sheets are determined, i.e. cold deformation extent 25%, stablization temperature 120℃, holding time 2h. In the commercial production, their technical targets can meet consumer's demands.
