摘要
本文阐述了高品级金刚石富晶区动态生长原理,介绍了以优质高产为双重目标的合成棒结构优化设计方案.并且探讨了片状触媒进一步减薄的可行性。
In this paper, the development growing principle of high-quality diamond in rich crystal section and thetop quality and high output design scheme of graphite-catalyst synthesis stick were introduced. And the feasibility of slice cata-lyst becaming thinner was discussed.
