从护士核心能力的概念、构成要素、培养方法及评价方式方面进行综述，为护士核心能力理论体系构建及培养提供理论支持。
This paper reviewed the conception, elements,tra-ining methods and evaluation ways of nursing core competen-ce.It can provide theoretical insight for building the the-oretical system of nurses core eompetencies and developing nurse training on the core competeneies.
