摘要
为了满足电网有偿辅助服务要求,以提高机组自动发电控制(AGC)k性能为目的,提出了超临界机组的协调控制优化策略。在分析超临界机组控制特点的基础上,采用了对负荷指令进行分层控制的方法,使汽机主控和锅炉主控分别按照合适的速率进行变化;阐述了主控系统自适应比例+积分+微分(PID)参数方案的特点,其能够按照工况调整汽机和锅炉控制器动作;引入了超前加速优化环节,加快了负荷响应时间。通过性能指标的变化,表明该优化方案可以提高机组的协调控制能力,达到了适应电网AGC模式的要求。
To satisfy the demand of grid assistant service and improve the performance of AGC, the coordinative control optimization strategy for supercritical generation unit is proposed. Based on the analysis of the control features, turbine master and boiler master can vary as the independent rate by using hierarchical model. The adaptive parameter in the PID control system is analyzed, which makes the turbine and boiler accelerate according to the reality. The advanced part cuts down the response time of turbine. Through the change of data, it shows that the optimization can improve the unit performance and satisfied the requests of AGC mode.
