摘要
民生是法治建设的价值目标,法治为民生提供切实保障,民生保障法治化是构建和谐社会的必然要求。我国民生法治建设取得了较大成就,但由于立法供给的不足、执法的失范、司法救助渠道的阻滞,民生保障法治化的发展仍遭遇重重困境。加强法治建设、夯实民生保障的法治根基,是保障民生的基础工程。完善民生保障法治系统要求健全立法、严格执法和公正司法。
The value target of the legal construction is people＇ s livelihood. Rule by law provides an effective protection for the people＇ s livelihood. Legal protection of people＇ s livelihood is an important symbol of the legal society, and also the inevitable requirement for the harmonious society construc- ting. People＇ s livelihood security is not only social and economic issue, but also political and legal issue. Great achievement has been made at the legal protection of the people＇ s livelihood in China. There are many difficulties at the development of the people＇ s livelihood legalization for inadequate supply of the legislation, anomie of the legal enforced, and the retardation of the judicial assistance channel. To strengthen the legal construction and tamp the law foundation for people＇ s livelihood security is the foundation of the people＇ s livelihood protection. It requests our efforts from the sound legalization, strict law enforcement and judicial justice.
