熔剂对巴西粉熔化性及烧结质量的影响

摘要 通过熔化性试验,应用微型烧结法,研究了SiO2、Al2O3和MgO含量对巴西铁矿粉烧结质量的影响。试验结果表明:SiO2含量对该矿熔化性温度的影响最大,随着SiO2含量的增加,熔化性温度相应降低;MgO含量对巴西矿粉烧结质量的影响最大,随MgO含量的增加烧结矿抗压强度明显增大。 According to a melting experiment and the mini-sintering experiment, the influence of SiO2, Al2O3 and MgO on melting temperatures and sintering qualities of Brazil iron were studied. The results showed that :the SiO2 content have the biggest influence to the melting temperatures,it could be decreased with SiO2 content increase;and the MgO content have the biggest influence to the sinter qualities, an increase of MgO content could increase the compression strength of sinter qualities of Brazil iron ore powder.
