摘要
以"卡罗拉"、"黑魔术"、"影星"、"坦尼克"与"法国红"5个现代月季品种为材料,研究了5到-10℃短暂低温胁迫下植株叶片丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、叶绿素、可溶性糖含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等5个生理指标与品种抗寒性的关系。结果显示:低温胁迫下"黑魔术"的MDA持续上升,-10℃处理增加了155.61%,"卡罗拉"的MDA只增加了20.63%。"黑魔术"与"坦尼克"分别在0和-5℃时出现Pro最大值,而"法国红"与"卡罗拉"的Pro含量一直上升。"卡罗拉"、"法国红"和"影星"的叶绿素含量和CAT活性均为先略升后降,但含量最大值所对应的温度点不同,其它2个品种则一直下降。5个品种的CAT活性变化趋势与其叶绿素含量的变化一致。"卡罗拉"的可溶性糖含量一直上升,而其它4个品种均先升后降,出现峰值所对应的温度也各不相同。研究结果表明:MDA作为月季抗寒性鉴定指标较为可靠,其他4项生理指标应相互结合才能得到可靠的鉴定结果。5个月季品种抗寒性的强弱依次为:"卡罗拉"﹥"法国红"﹥"影星"﹥"坦尼克"﹥"黑魔术"。
The correlation between MDA,Pro,chlorophyll,soluble sugar content,CAT activity in rose leaves and cold tolerance under short duration of low temperature stress was investigated using 'Carola','Black Magic','Movie Star','Tineke' and 'Red France' 5 modern rose cultivars.The results showed that(i)MDA content of 'Black Magic' increased continually with temperature decrease and was 155.61 % that of the untreated plants when stressed by-10 ℃,while MDA content of 'Carola' increased only 20.63 %.(ii)Pro contents of 'Black Magic' and 'Tineke' increased to climax when treated by 0 and-5 ℃,respectively.But those of 'Red France' and 'Carola' increased continually with temperature decrease.(iii)The chlorophyll contents of 'Carola','Red France' and 'Movie Star' all increased a little and then went down,but the related temperatures to the climax were different from each other.The chlorophyll content of the other two cultivars decreased ceaselessly.(iv)The variation tendencies of CAT activity in the 5 cultivars were similar to those of their chlorophyll contents.(v)The soluble sugar content of 'Carola' increased continually,while those of the other four cultivars all increased a little and then went down,but the related temperatures to the climax were different from each other.(vi)MDA content could be used as a reliable cold tolerance index,while it was better to refer to other physiological indexes in identifying the cold tolerance ability of rose cultivars.(vii)Cold tolerance ability of the studied 5 rose cultivars was as the following: ‘Carola'〉‘Red France'〉‘Movie Star'〉‘Tineke'〉‘Black Magic'.
