摘要
利用人工模拟土壤温度方法对2个禾草草种进行不同增温程度的热胁迫处理,研究土壤不同增温处理下2个草种叶内游离脯氨酸含量、保护酶系统(SOD、POD、CAT)活性和外渗率等生理性状的变化。结果表明:随着温度的升高和热胁迫时间的延长,禾草叶片相对含水量呈下降趋势;经过热处理后,禾草质膜透性变化较大,温度升高,质膜透性增强,其中多年生黑麦草质膜透性的增加大于羊茅黑麦草;当温度升高时,两种禾草游离脯氨酸积累显著(P<0.05)增加,相同处理下,两种禾草游离脯氨酸差异不显著(P>0.05);热胁迫下,SOD活性呈下降趋势,POD活性呈增加趋势且羊茅黑麦草POD活性大于多年生黑麦草,两种禾草CAT活性变化规律不甚明显,但羊茅黑麦草CAT活性大于多年生黑麦草。
The trial of the artificial simulation soil temperature method to assess 2 grasses was carried out under hot coercion processing with different warming degree,the proline content,protection enzyme system activity,leakage and such changes in physiological traits in the leaf of 2 different varieties under soil different warming processing were studied.The results showed that with temperature rising and thermal stress time prolonging,the relative water content of grasses leaf decreased;after annealing,its plasma membrane permeability changed greatly,and enhanced with temperature rising,and the membrane permeability of perennial ryegrass was greater than that of fescue.When the temperature rise,the two grasses free proline accumulation increased significantly(P〈0.05).The two grasses had no significant difference of free proline(P〈0.05) with the same treatment.Under heat stress,SOD activity decreased,POD activity tended to increase,POD activity of ryegrass and fescue was greater than that of perennial ryegrass.Change of CAT activity in the two grasses was unobvious.However,CAT activity in ryegrass and fescue was more than that in perennial ryegrass
