摘要 目的探讨扩展高频听阈与畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)幅值之间的相关性。方法应用扩展高频测听和DPOAE对60名常频听力正常者(20~40岁)进行听力测试。结果 0.5~11 kHz DPOAE幅值与9~16 kHz高频测听听阈之间呈负相关。结论扩展高频听阈与DPOAE幅值存在一定相关性。可以用于听力损失的早期筛查和诊断。 Objective To investigate the correlation between extended high-frequency audiometry and distortion product oto acoustic emissions (DPOAE) amplitudes. Methods 60 normal hearing people aged 20-40 years were examined with extended high-frequency audi- ometry and DPOAE. Results Extended high frequency thresholds negatively correlated to DPOAE. Conclusion There is correlation be- tween these two methods, and they can be used for early screening and diagnosis of hearing loss.
