The Implementation of Telecom Installed and Maintenance Office Automation System

摘要 随着电信用户数和业务量逐年大幅度增加,传统的纸质工单由于工单流转效率低、成本高、失误率高等缺点已不能满足电信公司和用户需求,计算机技术的快速发展使得办公自动化成为未来业务发展的趋势.本文针对上述问题,设计了一套全新的电信装维办公自动化系统,该系统选取当前最流行的iphone手机iOS系统平台进行开发,运用Xcode软件进行Objective-C语言编程,采用HTTP协议实现了手机平台与WEB平台数据网络交互过程.实际测试证明该系统性能稳定,工单流转率高,便于实时管理,大大提高了业务效率. As the number of telecom users and portfolio is increasing year by year, the traditional paper work order, which has low circulation efficiency, high cost, high failure rate and other drawbacks, can not meet the requirements of telecom company and customers, the rapid development of computer technology makes office automation become the future business development trend. Aiming at this problem, the paper designs a new set of telecom- munications equipment dimension office automation system which selects iphone iOS system, the most popular mobile-phone system, as its development platform, using Xcode software for Objeetive-C language programming, and HTTP protocol to realize network interaction process between mobile phone platform and WEB platform data. The actual test demonstrates that, system performance is stable, work order circulation efficiency is high, and it is easy to realize real-time management, improve the business efficiency greatly.
