摘要
目的观察硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床疗效。方法 85例妊娠高血压综合征患者给予硫酸镁治疗。观察患者治疗前后平均动脉压、尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮变化情况。结果 85例患者治疗后平均动脉压、尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮水平均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征效果较明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of magnesium sulfate in treatment of. Methods 85 cases patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome received magnesium sulfate treatment. After and before treatment, observed mean ar- terial blood pressure, uric acid, creatinine, urea nitrogen change. Results In 85 cases patients, mean arterial pressure, uric acid, creatinine and blood urea nitrogen after treatment were obviously lower than those before therapy, and the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Magnesium sulfate in treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome is effective.
