摘要
目的探讨儿科新护士存在的护理安全问题及其管理对策。方法分析2009～2010年儿科新护士在工作中存在的安全问题,制定培训、考核、质控活动等方案,保证护理安全的防范管理。结果通过培训考核质控等活动,新护士发生差错事故大大减少,保证了护理安全。新护士无差错事故和医嘱处理错误,应急事件处理合格率由63%增加到了94%,专科操作合格率也由83%增至94%;坠床事故仅1例,针刺伤仅1次。结论培养儿科新护士法律意识、专科护理水平和服务能力,认真执行规章制度和操作流程,认真进行独立上白班和值夜班的资格考试是新护士护理安全的有力保证。
Objective Discussion on pediatric nursing safety and its management countermeasures of new nurses. Conclusion Developing legal consciousness of new nurses in Pediatrics, specialist care and service capabilities, seriously implementing the rules and regulations and operating procedures, seriously for independence on the day shift and night shift nursing qualification exam, that is a nurse safety guarantee for new nurses.
