摘要
基于对平面转弯带式输送机转弯段的理论研究,对正常运行中的平面转弯带式输送机转弯段进行受力分析,对影响转弯段设计的因素进行比较、分析。采用数值分析软件Matlab进行模拟仿真,得出更加优化的设计方案,以提高平面转弯带式输送机的安装、调试、运行的可靠性、便捷性。
Based on the theoretical research for the curve section of the belt conveyor with horizontal curves,this article analyses the stress of curve section of the belt conveyor with horizontal curves and compares influencing factors to design the curve section.It also adopts numerical analysis software Matlab to simulate the theory.The conclusion can be used to improve the curve section's reliability,convenience in installation and so on.
