高压氧联合依达拉奉、奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨高压氧联合依达拉奉、奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2007年12月~2011年12月期间我院收治的急性脑梗死患者96例,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者入院后均及时进行系统性基础治疗,对照组在此基础上加用奥扎格雷钠药物治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础之上加用高压氧与依达拉奉的联合治疗,并分别对两组患者的临床治疗效果和神经功能缺损程度进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者经治疗后的痊愈率、总有效率均明显上升,分别为54.17%和95.83%;而无效率则明显下降,仅为4.17%,且均呈现出明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);同时观察组患者经治疗后的神经功能缺损评分显著降低,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合依达拉奉、奥扎格雷钠对于改善和提高急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效具有积极的现实意义,可作为一种理想的联合治疗方案进行应用和推广。 Objective To probe into the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with edara- vone and sodium ozagrel to treat acute cerebral infarction. Methods Selected 96 acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from December, 2007 to December, 2011. The patients were divided into obser- vation group and control group randomly. The patients in control group were given sodium ozagrel, while the patients in observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with sodium oza- grel and edaravone. Compared and analyzed the clinical effect and degree of neurological deficits of pa- tients in two groups. Results Compared with control group, patients in observation group, the cure rate and total effective rate were increased significantly, up to 54. 17% and 95. 83%, and inefficiency rate was decreased significantly, only 4.17%. There were statistically significance (P 〈 0.05). At the same time, patients in observation group, degree of neurological deficits was decreased significantly, there were statistical significance (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone and sodium ozagrel has a positive and practical significance to improve and enhance the clinical efficacy in pa- tients with acute cerebral infarction. It can be used as an ideal combination therapy to application and promotion.
