无管化经皮肾镜取石术的临床应用 被引量:1

Clinical application of tubeless percutaneous nephrolithotomy

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术不留置造瘘管的适应证及可行性。方法选择2010年8月~2011年12月在我院治疗的肾及输尿管上段结石患者60例为研究对象,随机分为A组(无管化组)和B组(留置造瘘管组),回顾性分析两组临床资料,比较两组术中及术后情况。结果 A组术后住院时间、疼痛VAS评分和术后恢复正常工作时间与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经选择性的患者经皮肾镜取石术毕时采用"无管化"技术是可行的,减轻了对患者置管后带来的不适及缩短了住院时间。 Objective To discuss the idicatio and feasibility of tubeless percutaneous nephrolithotomy in clinic. Methods Selected 60 cases with renal calculus and proximal ureteral calculus were randomly divided into A group (tubeless group) and B group (nephrostomy tube group). Clinical data of two groups were reviewed, and intraoperative and postoperation situation were compared. Results Hospital stays after operation,VAS score,postoperative recover normal working hours showed significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Tubeless percutaneous nephrolithotomy showes feasibility for selected patients,and relieve discomfort, shorten hospital stays.
