Blimp-1调控免疫系统的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 Blimp-1即B淋巴细胞诱导成熟蛋白，最初一致认为其仅在B细胞和浆细胞中发挥调节作用。研究发现，Blimp-1不仅局限于B细胞和浆细胞，还可参与调控免疫系统中髓系细胞、自然杀伤细胞和巨噬细胞的发育与功能；此外，Blimp-1对T细胞的增殖分化和免疫自稳亦发挥着至关重要的作用。Blimp-1在免疫系统中调控作用的机制仍知之甚少。笔者通过综述近年来Blimp-1在免疫系统中的研究现状，以便于深入研究Blimp-1的功能及其机制。
