退变椎间盘中新生血管与TGF-β1表达的关系及其临床意义 被引量:6

Expression of TGF-β1 in degenerated lumbar lntervertebral discs and their relationship between angiogenesis

摘要 目的观察并探讨转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGF-β1)在退变椎间盘组织中的表达与新生血管的关系及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测38例腰椎间盘突出症患者手术切取的椎间盘组织,与10例正常椎间盘组织中TGF-β1及CD34的表达情况。结果 TGF-β1和CD34在退变椎间盘中的阳性率分别为65.8%(25/38)和63.2%(24/38),在正常椎间盘组织中均未见表达(P<0.05)。TGF-β1和CD34的表达与患者的性别和年龄无关(P>0.05)。TGF-β1和CD34在病程3年以上患者的阳性表达明显高于3年以内者(P<0.05)。TGF-β1和CD34在脱出型和游离型的阳性表达比突出型更为明显(P<0.05)。TGF-β1和CD34阳性率呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β1和CD34在退变椎间盘组织的表达均明显升高,且两者之间的表达具有相关性,证实其在椎间盘退变的发病机制中可能具有一定的作用。 Purpose To observe angiogenesis and the expression of TGF-β1 and discuss its significance in normal and degenerated lumbar intervertebral dises. Methods SP immunohistoehemieal method was used to detect the expression of TGF-β1 and CD34 in 38 tissue samples surgically removed from patients with herniated discs and 10 normal tissue samples. Results The positive rates of TGF- β1 and CD34 in degenerated lumbar intervertebral discs were 65.8% (25/38) and 63.2% (24/38) , there were no expression in nor- real tissue samples ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no direct relationship between the patients' age and the positive rate of expression of TGF- β1 and CD34 (P 〉0. 05). The positive rate of expression of TGF-β1 and CD34 in those whose course longer than 3 years was higher than that with a shorter course of illness of less than 3 years (P 〈 0. 05). The positive rate of expression of TGF-β1 and CD34 in extru- sion type and separation type was higher than protruded type ( P 〈 0.05). A positive eorrelation between the positive rate of expression of TGF-β1 and CD34 (P 〈 O. 05 ) was observed. Conclusions The expression of both TGF-β1 and CD34 increases in degenerated lumbar intervertebral discs and there is significant eorrelation between them, which thereby suggests that they may contribute to process of intervertebral disc degeneration.
