外周血及胸腔积液中肿瘤细胞在实体瘤诊疗中的作用

摘要 近年来，寻找实体瘤组织的替代标本及实时反映肿瘤转移、复发及治疗效果的敏感检测指标是当前研究的热点。其中外周血和胸腔积液中肿瘤细胞的实时检测及其生物学活性的分析可以为患者的准确诊断、个体化治疗及疗效评估提供实时信息。现就此方面的研究进展综述如下。
