高中学生个性引导策略探析

摘要 通过研究个性的概念、特征、发展类型以及对当代高中学生个性特征及影响因子的详细讨论,提出了引导当代高中学生个性发展的策略:政府作为宏观指导者,科学定位学校教育改革的方向;媒体作为社会监督者,积极创造高中生个性发展的外部条件;学校作为教育实践者,努力深化高中阶段素质教育发展;家庭作为直接监护者,认真辅助学生个性的培育。 On the basis of studying the concept, feature and development type of personality and discussing the senior high school students' personal features and the influence factors, this paper forwards the strategies for guiding their personality develop- ment: As the macro-guide, the government should position the direction of school education reform; As the social supervisor, the media should cerate the external condition for their personality development actively; As the educational practician, the school should deepen the quality education at the senior high school stage; As the direct guardian, parents should help to cultivate stu-dents' personality.
