服装品牌电子商务网站质量评价及现状的研究

摘要 本研究利用内容分析法,构建了包含信息质量,服务质量,系统质量三个评价维度,15个二级评价指标,35个评价因子的电子商务网站质量评价体系,并选取42个服装品牌样本网站进行测度,分析服装类电子商务网站质量的整体现状,从而对服装类电子商务网站改进和构建提供参考和建议。
