摘要
住院医师规范化培训是临床医师成长的重要阶段，对于培养临床医师的综合能力至关重要。河北医科大学第二医院将国内外同类机构的经验与本省实际情况和学科现有基础相结合，制定了具有本省特点的住院医师培训体系，并依据本院几年来实施住院医师规范化培训的实践经验，提出了进一步完善规范化培训工作的建议。
It is a special phase for resident in residency standardized training, and it is also very important to improve the general and clinical ability. We consult overseas and inland experience, and combine our province actuality and specialty to reform and make a new residency standardized training system. After a few years, sums up our reform experience and give a better suggestion on our residency standardized training system.
