摘要
目的探讨电话回访在鼻内镜鼻窦术后出院患者中的应用效果。方法选择2010年1月～12月在本科行内窥镜鼻窦手术的患者131例为对照组,给予常规出院指导,只嘱患者按时复诊。选择2011年1月～12月在本科行同样手术的患者145例为观察组,在对照组基础上按照耳鼻喉科设计的电话访谈表,针对康复期综合治疗的情况进行1次以上、为期6个月的电话回访,6个月后对2组患者的遵医行为进行比较。结果观察组患者对疾病相关知识知晓率及复查率优于对照组,患者满意度由电话回访前的80.9%上升至97.9%,复发率由电话回访前的1.52%降为0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电话回访可提高出院患者的满意度和遵医行为,规范患者康复期的综合治疗,有效减少并发症,降低复发率,保证健康教育的有效实施,延伸了优质护理服务的内涵。
Objective To explore the effect of telephone interview on discharged patients given nasal endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods 131 patients who were given nasal endoscopic sinus surgery from January 2010 to December 2010 were assigned to control group.Those patients were given regular discharge guidance and asked to the treatments on time.145 patients who were given the same surgery from January 2011 to December 2011 were assigned to intervention group.Those patients were given a 6-month telephone interview once or twice.The form of telephone interview was designed by ENT department.Patients’ medical behavior were compare 6 months later.Results The awareness rate of disease knowledge and review rate of intervention group was higher than those of control group,the rate of patients’ satisfaction increased to 97.9%,the recurrence rate declined to 0,there was a significant differences between 2 groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Telephone interview can improve the rate of patients’ satisfaction and medical behavior,regulate patients’ comprehensive treatment of rehabilitation,reduce the complications and decrease the recurrence rate effectively,ensure the implementation of health education effectively,and outspread the connotation of high quality nursing services.
