摘要
以纺制29.5 tex细纱为例,探讨采用牵切纺纱方法,通过牵切机把芳砜纶长丝拉断,直接制成供后道使用的短纤维条;芳砜纶牵切条中的纤维长度分布类似羊毛,拟采用与毛型化纤相似的纺纱工艺流程和设备;牵切条中的纤维平行伸直,抱合力差,各工序应以大隔距、低速度、重加压、小牵伸为工艺原则,并在粗纱工序中加大捻系数以加强对纤维的控制,细纱工序中采用最佳强力捻系数以提高细纱的强力。芳砜纶的电绝缘性使它在加工过程中极易产生静电,应控制好各道半成品的回潮和车间的温湿度。实践证明:芳砜纶牵切纺纱方法具有工艺流程短、劳动生产率高等优点,而且芳砜纶牵切纱的强度比散纤维纱高,用其织造的芳砜纶织物的应用领域更加广泛。
Taking draft cutting spinning 29.5tex yarn as an example. Stretch breaking machine is used to directly break PSA filaments into short - fiber slivers for subsequent processes. Because the distribution of fiber length in PSA sliver is similar to wool, wool chemical fiber spinning process and equipments could be applied. Large gauge, low-speed, heavy pressure, small drafting process have to be adoped as a principle and the roving twist factor has to be increased to enhance the control of the fibers. And best twist multiplier is used to improve the spun yarn strength. The temperature and humidity in workshop should be controlled in order to reduce the impact of static electricity from the insulating PSA. Practice has proved that PSA draft cutting spinning is of short process and high labor productivity. Draft cutting PSA spun yarn has higher strength, and its fabric can be applied in more ranges.
