摘要
总结了装饰用织物常见的质量问题为:水流尺寸变化率、耐磨性能、纤维含量和纱线抗滑移性能不达标。针对这些问题进行了原因分析,在此基础上提出了质量提升建议:建立和完善质量管理体系,注意质量细节管理,提高产品设计的科学性,特殊产品增列标准。
Common quality problems of upholstery fabrics such as fabric dimention variation, poor durability, fiber content problem and poor yarn slipage are summarized. Some suggestions for the improvements are put forward based on the cause analysis of quality problems. Quality management system and product design should be established and enhanced and standards should be ruled for special products.
