摘要
复合材料的纤维体积含量是表征其性能的一个重要指标,对复合材料的拉伸、弯曲、压缩等力学性能有较大的影响。介绍了3种测试玻璃纤维复合材料纤维体积含量的方法,分析各种方法的优缺点,认为密度法最为精确,是首选方法。
Fiber volume of composites is an important index for characterizing its properties, and has a major influence on its mechanical properties of the composites, such as stretch, flex and compression. Three kinds of methods used for detecting fiber volume of glass fiber composites are introduced with advantages and disadvantages of each method analyzed, showing that density method is the most precise method which should firstly be choosed
