摘要
大学生是未来社会建设的中坚力量,保障他们的健康,不仅关系到每一位大学生的成长,而且还关系到国家的未来和社会的发展。大学生的身体生长发育过程处于青春发育期的后期,开始步入成人的成熟期阶段,是锻炼身体,保持健康的黄金阶段。大学生要重视并坚持体育锻炼,提高机体对环境的适应能力和对疾病的抵抗能力,增强体质,保障身体健康,将自己的才智奉献给社会,促进社会发展。
College students are salt of the earth in the future construction of our society. Their physical health not only concerns their sturdy growing up, but also has a bearing on the future of the whole nation and further development of the society. Students in their college life are actually in the stage of development between puberty and maturity. It is their gold age to keep fit by doing exercises regularly. They should attach great importance to physical training, so as to improve their adaptive capacity to the environment and ability of resisting various kinds of diseases. Only by building up their health and keeping fit, can they make good use of their talents and make more contribution to the advancement of our society.
