正交试验优选薄荷总黄酮超声提取工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 优选薄荷总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。以芦丁为标准品,以薄荷为原料,采用分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,以乙醇浓度(A)、液料比(B)、超声提取时间(C)和水浴温度(D)为考察因素,通过单因素试验和正交试验优选提取工艺。结果影响薄荷总黄酮提取效果的主次因素为:B>C>D>A,优选出薄荷总黄酮最佳提取工艺为B2C2D1A1,即液料比为30∶1,超声波提取时间40 min,水浴温度50℃,提取液乙醇的浓度为40%。在该工艺条件下,薄荷总黄酮得率为9.89%。采用超声波提取工艺方法简单、安全、快速。 To study the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from mentha haplocalyx, with Rutin as a standard and the Mentha haplocalyx as the subject, the percent of total flavonoids was tested by spectrophotometer. During the extracting process, concentration of ethanol (A) , liquid-material rate (B) ,extraction time (C) , extraction temperature (D) were studied by using single-factor experiment. Based on the single factor analysis method, the best conditions of extracting total flavones were optimized by orthogonal. The factors which influenced the extraction rate were sorted as followings: B〉C〉D〉A.The optimum extraction process of total flavones from mentha haplocalyx was B2C2DIA1, liquid-material rate 30 : 1, ultrasonic extraction time 40 minutes, extraction temperature 50 ℃, ethanol concentration 40%.Under the conditions, the total flavonoids yield was 9.89%.The ultrasonic extraction method is simple, safe and fast.
